Co-Founder & CEO
Michael J. Simchik is a resident of Rye, New Hampshire. Mr. Simchik is an experienced developer/investor in commercial properties and is a Principal of both 100 Market Street, LLC and Capital Commons, LLC. In addition, Mr. Simchik was the Founder, President and Managing Director of Standard Supply International, Ltd., an international distributor of engineered mechanical products utilized in the power generation and/or oil and gas exploration industries. Mr. Simchik was a major shareholder and Founding Director of Centrix Bank & Trust. He served as Member and/or Chairman of the Executive, Audit, Loan, Compensation & Nominating, and CRA committees. Furthermore, he has invested in several start-up ventures; currently he serves as the interim CEO of Ensconce Data Technology, of which he is, as well, the lead investor and a Board Member. Over the years, he has undertaken directorships and assumed principal roles in various not-for-profit entities, recently focusing on social enterprise ventures. Mr. Simchik holds an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, as well as a BA from Colgate University.

A twenty-five year corporate career as an executive focused in the areas of sales, marketing and business development internationally is the backdrop of skills now fully committed to the mission of PS It Matters. Oli “Wizard” Gaudissart
Around the office, we call him the "Wizard". Oli is the big brain behind the proprietary software platforms that power many of our initiatives. And while he specializes in database-driven web applications, we depend on him for everything tech. In all his free time, Oli continues to oversee the company he founded over 20 years ago - Lore Inc.
Director of Finance and Operations
Rick joined PS IT Matters September 2018. He earned his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Suffolk University in Boston and has held managerial positions in Telecommunications, HVAC management, and Veterinary medicine fields. He is the former Regional Controller for Ethos Veterinary Health, an owner of seven veterinary hospitals in New England. Rick is excited to start contributing to the continued growth of PSIM and Bags 4 My Cause and is proud that their initial mission of helping non-profits, remains intact and robust.
Director of Marketing
Deb joins this dynamic company after 22 years in the CPG Marketing arena with The Coca-Cola Company. Deb is excited to bring her experience in brand, shopper and customer management skills to Bags 4 My Cause. She is a results-oriented leader proficient in marketing execution, people development, strategic and conceptual selling and customer relationship building. With her past experience, Deb is the leader we need to bring success to our clients, non-profit partners and Bags 4 My Cause. Deb’s passion for connecting people, cultures and business is fuel for her to start spreading the word of how Bags 4 My Cause can empower the non-profit community to help raise awareness and donations for their cause, all the while increasing the use of reusable bags! Deb is an avid tennis player, enjoys International travel and is happy to be back in New England to smell the ocean air! Deb is a proud graduate of Dean Junior College and Northeastern University.
Senior Marketing Specialist
Rachel comes to Bags 4 My Cause after working at a public relations agency in downtown Boston for over three years. Her experience includes leading, developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns for clients such as the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families, RE/MAX, Lahey Health, and international real estate development company Lendlease. Born and raised in southern New Hampshire, Rachel moved to Boston, MA after graduating from Syracuse University with a dual degree in Public Relations and International Relations. She made the move to the seacoast seeking a job that better aligned with her passion for giving back to the community and causes that make a difference in the world. Rachel is excited to bring her integrated marketing experience to the team and is happy to be working toward a mission she truly believes in. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys going on outdoor adventures with her Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Harbor, and exploring her neighborhood in Newburyport, MA.
A native of New Hampshire, Kim is excited to be back living and working on the Seacoast. After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, Kim worked for education-based non-profits in Washington, D.C. and Boston. Now a resident of Exeter, New Hampshire, Kim looks forward to using her communication and program management skills to collaborate with non-profit organizations and give back to the community in a new capacity. Outside of work, Kim enjoys hiking in the White Mountains, running and spending time with family.
Danielle joined Bags 4 My Cause to expand her outreach and efforts in supporting nonprofit organizations. After graduating with her Master’s degree in Education, she worked in Middlesex County, MA as a Center Director for Head Start. After some time, Danielle wanted to find a way to further support local communities and nonprofit organizations on a broader spectrum. She is passionate and dedicated to using her skills in communication and leadership to help nonprofit organizations across the country fulfill their mission. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys snuggling with her dog, going on new adventures, and diving into new homeowner projects.
Meg joins the Bags 4 My Cause team after a rewarding career in social services as a previous county Forensic Interviewer and Child Protection investigator. Meg has always been driven to work in a field that leaves a positive impact on the world around her; making Bags 4 My Cause the perfect spot. When not at work, Meg enjoys spending time with her new baby and husband in the great NH outdoors!
Brian’s Background in sustainable business and passion for the outdoors is what led him to join the Bags 4 My Cause team. Having grown up in Scarborough, Maine, he enjoys spending much of his time hiking the trails around his home state and fishing in the Sebago Lakes Region. A graduate of the University of Southern Maine, Brian strongly believes in the purpose of Bags 4 My Cause and is excited to be part of a group that is effecting such positive change in communities.
As a recent graduate from the University of Vermont, Chris is excited to join the software team at Bags 4 My Cause. For the past two years while working on his bachelor’s degree, he spent his time building progressive web tools for an educational technology company in northern VT. He aims to apply his experience in web development to make fundraising easier for local communities around the country. In his spare time, Chris enjoys being outside skateboarding, biking, and hiking as well as attending concerts and festivals with friends.
Senior Marketing Strategist
Jess joined Bags 4 My Cause after spending five years developing her marketing career in the B2B software world. Her BA in English, coupled with her creative thinking, encourage her to think outside the box and develop new, relevant marketing strategies that will engage the right audience. Jess enjoys working with Bags 4 My Cause’s team, developing new marketing communications, resources, as well as doing design work. She is proud to work for a company that is giving back to local communities while positively impacting the environment. When she’s not at work, Jess enjoys traveling, writing, brewery hopping, and spending quality time with her cat, Blink.
A New Hampshire native, Jeannine McCoy holds a Master of Science Degree in Organization Management from Antioch New England Graduate School. She teaches and advises on leadership, strategic planning and operations. She has served as executive director of a statewide, non-profit professional membership association, and has additional experience in bank and trust, municipal, small business and law firm operations.
Jeannine left a long daily commute to be more engaged in her home community. She enjoys volunteering with the cultural and historic organizations in Portsmouth. She is excited about the mission of Bags 4 My Cause, and is thrilled to be part of a team advancing the community commitments of businesses and the well-being of non-profit organizations.
Annette grew up in the Chicago area where she studied educational psychology and environmental studies at the University of Illinois. Her work in conservation and fund development fields has helped both public and non-profit organizations grow their communities. This work experience has provided her with a diverse business background as well as a greater appreciation for conservation. In her free time, Annette enjoys photographic arts and outdoor recreational activities.
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire. She applied her social work degree in her past career working in the Hospitality industry. Sarah has been traveling the world intermittently for the past 7 years from living and working in New Zealand to receiving her Yoga Teaching Certification in Costa Rica. She has enjoyed learning about and submersing herself in different cultures. Her world travels have made her aware of the environment and the importance of helping others. Sarah is excited to contribute to and be a part of the Bags 4 My Cause team.
In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends and exploring the beautiful outdoors.
