Michael Simchik

Co-Founder & CEO

Michael J. Simchik is a resident of Rye, New Hampshire. Mr. Simchik is an experienced developer/investor in commercial properties and is a Principal of both 100 Market Street, LLC and Capital Commons, LLC. In addition, Mr. Simchik was the Founder, President and Managing Director of Standard Supply International, Ltd., an international distributor of engineered mechanical products utilized in the power generation and/or oil and gas exploration industries. Mr. Simchik was a major shareholder and Founding Director of Centrix Bank & Trust. He served as Member and/or Chairman of the Executive, Audit, Loan, Compensation & Nominating, and CRA committees. Furthermore, he has invested in several start-up ventures; currently he serves as the interim CEO of Ensconce Data Technology, of which he is, as well, the lead investor and a Board Member. Over the years, he has undertaken directorships and assumed principal roles in various not-for-profit entities, recently focusing on social enterprise ventures. Mr. Simchik holds an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, as well as a BA from Colgate University.

Jim Brennan

Co-Founder & COO

A belief that society needs to find a business solution to building a sustainable “social safety net” in the communities we call “home” for all to benefit was the driver for the Co-Founding of PS It Matters. A twenty-five year corporate career as an executive focused in the areas of sales, marketing and business development internationally is the backdrop of skills now fully committed to the mission of PS It Matters. Every day begins with the knowledge that your actions and decisions can change the world as you define yourself.

Oli “Wizard” Gaudissart


Around the office, we call him the "Wizard". Oli is the big brain behind the proprietary software platforms that power many of our initiatives. And while he specializes in database-driven web applications, we depend on him for everything tech. In all his free time, Oli continues to oversee the company he founded over 20 years ago - Lore Inc.

Rick Espinola

Director of Finance and Operations

Rick joined PS IT Matters September 2018. He earned his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Suffolk University in Boston and has held managerial positions in Telecommunications, HVAC management, and Veterinary medicine fields. He is the former Regional Controller for Ethos Veterinary Health, an owner of seven veterinary hospitals in New England. Rick is excited to start contributing to the continued growth of PSIM and Bags4MyCause and is proud that their initial mission of helping non-profits, remains intact and robust.

Morgan Palmer

Client Services & Marketing Director

Morgan comes to Bags 4 My Cause after working as a reporter for two Seacoast-based newspapers, covering local and regional news. Born and raised in western Maine, Morgan moved to Portsmouth, New Hampshire after graduating from the University of Southern Maine in 2013. Morgan is excited to bring to the team her communication and marketing skills, and is happy to be working for a company with a message she believes in. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys running, hiking local trails and traveling.

Keri-Ann Parodi

Client Services Director

Keri-Ann’s passion for healthy living and community outreach led her to years of work with the YMCA in Denver and Boston as a Health and Wellness Professional. With a background in marketing as well as her non-profit work, Keri-Ann looks forward to working alongside a dynamic group to help a wide range of non-profit programs reach an ever-growing audience. A University of New Hampshire alumni, Keri-Ann is happy to be living back on the Seacoast and contributing to the community she lives in. Outside of the office, Keri-Ann enjoys running road races and exploring local eats in-between projects as a new homeowner.

Amelia Burke

Program Manager

Amelia began working at Bags 4 My Cause because of her enthusiasm for helping others. After graduating from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI in 2014, she moved to Washington, D.C. where she worked in immigration for a government agency. A New Englander at heart, she moved back up north to New Hampshire and began working for a large hospital in Boston while also completing her Master's degree. After working for four years with international scholars and students, she is excited to begin making a difference in local communities, as well. Outside of work, Amelia likes to walk her dogs at local trails and visit with her friends and family.

Kimberly Monaco

Program Manager

A native of New Hampshire, Kim is excited to be back living and working on the Seacoast. After graduating from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, Kim worked for education-based non-profits in Washington, D.C. and Boston. Now a resident of Exeter, New Hampshire, Kim looks forward to using her communication and program management skills to collaborate with non-profit organizations and give back to the community in a new capacity. Outside of work, Kim enjoys hiking in the White Mountains, running and spending time with family.

Rachel Dobbs

Program Manager

Rachel comes to Bags 4 My Cause after working at a public relations agency in downtown Boston for over three years. Her experience includes leading, developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns for clients such as the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families, RE/MAX, Lahey Health, and international real estate development company Lendlease. Born and raised in southern New Hampshire, Rachel moved to Boston, MA after graduating from Syracuse University with a dual degree in Public Relations and International Relations. She made the move to the seacoast seeking a job that better aligned with her passion for giving back to the community and causes that make a difference in the world. Rachel is excited to bring her integrated marketing experience to the team and is happy to be working toward a mission she truly believes in. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys going on outdoor adventures with her Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Harbor, and exploring her neighborhood in Newburyport, MA.

Stephanie Nelson

Program Manager

After 11 years in various roles in the insurance industry, Stephanie decided it was time for a change. Looking to further support community non-profits and environmental sustainability, Bags 4 My Cause was the perfect fit. Stephanie graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies and brings a variety of different skills to us from process improvement to account management, problem-solving and data analysis. Growing up in Maine, two years working in Boston proved she was no match for city life and moved to the Dover area in 2014. Stephanie spends her nights and weekends with her two dogs enjoying snuggles, camping, hiking and most any other activity that keeps them outside and active.
